About Zavnex
Zavnex Limited is a UK company, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17274886), with offices at 189 Brompton Road, London. It was established to provide funding to two associated businesses, Nexergy Holdings PLC and Zavion Vision B.V., to support their business and project development.
Nexergy: turning hard-to-recycle plastic into oil
Nexergy Holdings PLC is a circular-economy technology group. Its focus is consumer plastic waste, such as packaging films and multi-layer wraps, that mechanical recycling cannot handle and that would otherwise be incinerated or sent to landfill.
Nexergy’s approach is advanced chemical recycling. Using pyrolysis, the plastic is broken down and converted into oil that can be used again. Nexergy describes itself as technology-agnostic, partnering with specialist technology providers rather than relying on a single process.
Its UK work is led by group company Enexergy Limited, which focuses on advanced plastic recovery and circular resource solutions in the United Kingdom. Nexergy has published regular updates on its first UK pyrolysis project, covering feedstock supply, technology sizing and stakeholder engagement.
Nexergy’s wider programme is supported by project partners including Enespa AG (technology and turnkey EPC support), Origin Clean Power Solutions (clean power integration) and Stopford (process engineering and consultancy).
Zavion Vision
Zavion Vision B.V. is a Netherlands company operating under the Zavion Group identity. Zavnex also provides funding to Zavion Vision to support its corporate and project development.
The structure
Zavnex works alongside established professional service providers: UCAT Services Limited as independent security trustee, Mezzle Limited as escrow agent, and Westminster & Partners for transaction coordination.
